In an increasingly multipolar world, Heads of State diplomacy will be a priority in 2025.
Heads of State diplomacy can open the way for dialogue and cooperation to achieve peace, as is being observed in the possible end of the Ukrainian war through peace negotiations between Russia, Ukraine and the United States as mediator.
Let us remember that diplomacy, being that set of bodies in charge of the foreign relations of a country, through diplomatic activities, carried out between counterparts, can lead to different types of diplomacy, being the diplomacy of Heads of State one of them.
This form of diplomacy, so marked in recent years, has allowed the realization of an international agenda based on trust towards the Heads of State and the concepts that emanate from this type of diplomacy, such as international cooperation and peace between nations.
Thus, diplomacy is acquiring new ways of making effective the conduct of international relations through subjects of international law.
